CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Services I provide professional photography for events, portraits, and special occasions. Details like your session type, date, time, and location will be arranged when you book. 2. Fees & Payment • Session Fee: $65 (non-refundable retainer to secure your booking) • Additional Fees: $10 • Total: $75 Payment Terms: • The retainer secures your session date. • Remaining balance is due on or before your session. • Accepted payment: cash, check, credit card, or electronic transfer. 3. Rescheduling & Cancellations • Reschedule: At least 1-hour notice. Session fee applies if rescheduled within 30 days. • Late Cancellations: Less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the session fee. • Cancellation Fee: $35 for cancellations made with more than 1-hour notice. 4. Delivery of Photos • Edited images delivered within 2 weeks of your session. • Delivery via digital download link, USB drive, or prints. • I retain copyright, but you get a personal-use license for your photos. 5. Usage & Copyright • I may use your images for my portfolio, website, social media, and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing. • You may not reproduce or sell the images without my written consent. 6. Client Responsibilities • Please arrive on time and cooperate during the session. • Ensure all participants behave safely and respectfully. 7. Liability • I am not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses during the session. • If unforeseen issues occur (e.g., equipment failure, illness), I will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or refund the session fee. 8. Agreement By booking a session, you agree to this policy.
